See Design Studio have been working with AMPC, Blackburne and MJA on the Karrinyup West Apartment Development located in Karrinyup, Western Australia.

To date, See Design Studio and the consultant team have submitted the development application and completed the concept design phase. The public realm of the development has a strong pedestrian link to the West Deck of the Karrinyup Shopping Centre redevelopment, effectively completing the Main Street as a vibrant and busy space.

Three proposed towers each have a significant podium landscape space. The biggest of these podium spaces comprises a pool deck, amenities building, raised timber decking spaces, an amphitheater, vegetable growing spaces, view platforms, shelters and lawn spaces.

The scale of the podium landscapes, along with the amenity provided, make for an exemplary new residential development coming to the Perth market.
