Eoin's experience in horticulture, coupled with his design background has allowed him to create innovative planting solutions. Eoin is an expert in bringing green space to the forefront of landscape design, and incorporating unique local species into the public realm.
Hannah Pannell
Partner
Hannah is a landscape architect with a broad range of design skills. With fifteen years of professional experience, Hannah has been a key team member on many significant projects. She has spent time working as a landscape architect in Copenhagen, which gave her first hand knowledge of the power of good design.
Hannah loves graphic design and visual communication. Her ability to design cohesively at a large scale while maintaining a critical understanding of the details and complexities of a site have been demonstrated extensively through her project work.
Jono Marshall
Director
AILA accredited Landscape Architect
With 15 years of experience, Jono Marshall is a seasoned Masterplanner and Landscape Architect with a robust focus on mixed-use developments and precincts, particularly in the Middle East, over the last decade. Initially honing his skills in London Jono transitioned to leading major projects from Perth, maintaining a dedicated focus on the Middle East. Jono’s extensive experience includes mixed-use developments, public realm design, tourism master planning, and waterfront development. His work is driven by a collaborative spirit and a commitment to creating design solutions that balance creativity with sustainability, ensuring that every project is both visually compelling and contextually grounded.
Douglas Black
Designer
Douglas is an experienced designer with a background in architecture. He has significant international experience having spent time working in South Africa, London, and Perth.
Doug focuses his talents within the design team on the conceptual, sketch, schematic & design development across a broad range of project sectors, with a genuine interest in the design process, clarity of design response and sustainable design principles.
Doug’s role at See Design Studio is predominantly in a project support role, focusing on the design development and documentation phases of projects.
Sam Clements
Landscape Architect
Sam has a Master of Landscape Architecture at the University of Western Australia. In 2018 he was awarded the AILA Prize for Excellence in the Master of Landscape Architecture.
Sam believes that our public spaces are the key to vibrant, sustainable cities and towns that are diverse and rich in ecosystem services. His 3D visualisation skills and eye for detailed documentation are an asset to every project.
Sam also has a Bachelor of Science with a major in Geology and 12 years experience as a geologist, bringing a wealth of knowledge to the team.
Paul Stafford
Senior BIM Technician
Paul Stafford is a highly experienced Senior BIM Technician who has been working at the intersection of architecture, landscape architecture for over 20 years. He has contributed to the delivery of major projects for globally recognised practices, spanning civic, commercial, transport, and public realm typologies.
Paul’s expertise lies in managing complex digital design environments, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that design intent is carried through to construction with precision. His work spans a wide range of scales—where his deep understanding of structure, terrain, and spatial systems brings clarity to the most complex technical challenges.
Known for his rigour, reliability, and collaborative approach, Paul is a key asset on projects that demand both technical depth and design integrity.
Celeste Le Clezio
Business Development Manager
Celeste Le Clezio is a strategic business development manager with a background in design and a strong foundation in commerce. She brings a rare blend of creative thinking and commercial acumen to her role—shaping pursuits, leading client engagement, and driving the studio’s marketing and communications.
With experience across major projects in the built environment, Celeste helps position the studio to build strong, long-term client relationships. Passionate about the creative process, Celeste plays a key role in how the studio presents its ideas, values, and impact to the world. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Western Australia.
Sofie Nielsen
Graduate Landscape Architect
A passion for the environmental, ecological and social benefits of landscape drew Sofie to landscape architecture. With a previous background in the arts, Sofie completed a Master of Landscape Architecture in 2024, and was awarded the 2024 AILA Student Future Leader award, her work also shortlisted for the Landezine Student Portfolio in 2023.
Passionate about collaboration in design, Sofie enjoys working with other designers, specialists, artists and the community to produce ecologically and culturally sensitive design narratives. Sofie has held several research and teaching positions at the School of Design at The University of Western Australia and is currently part of the Rising Tides Studio at The University of Western Australia.
Vinoth Kumar
Graduate Landscape Architect
Vinoth has a background in architectural design and a passion for sustainable, place-responsive landscapes. He holds a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Western Australia, where he focused on urban design and the role of green space in shaping vibrant, resilient cities.
Combining creative thinking with hands-on experience in garden maintenance, Vinoth brings both practicality and innovation to his approach. He is particularly interested in native planting and the potential of landscape to enhance biodiversity, wellbeing, and everyday urban life.
